Ordering Terms:
* Order can be placed via our website, email, fax or telephone.
* There is no minimum order but we charge a $15 handling fee for orders under $150.
* Freight is calculated based on the size (cubic) & weight of the order.We try to keep freight to a minimum and normally doesn't exceed 10% of the order value.
Payment Terms:
* First orders are Pro-Forma.
* Payment must be received within 14 days of placing the order, stock will not be sent out until this payment has been received. If payment is not received within the 14 days the order will automatically be cancelled.
* After your first order you can apply for a 30 day account.

* Mastercard, Visa & American Express.
* EFT
* Cheque
Claims & Discrepansies:
* All claims must be made with 7 days of delivery.
* Claims must be received in writing, quoting the invoice number and reasons.
* We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
